Description

I am interested in a Javascript for a form that will produce a running total price (estimate). The client side user selects lists items with values of ranging from 1 to 15.

Selected item shares one static price and two other adjusted estimate prices. The adjusted estimate prices are a simple 10 to 15 percent increase in the one static price.

I need the form to process the values from the list to produce three running price total in real time.

1. Basic Service Price
2. Silver Service Price (Basic plus range of ~10%)
3. Gold Service Price (Basic plus range of ~20%)

The list values will be multiplied by the static standard price and percent increase (not visible to the user).

Next, I need the form to increse price based on 4 other selections.

I need the total price and all other information to be submitted to the current email setup - PHP.
