I need an Image Gallery to be built that I could then build my website around. It must include the following features:


Registered Memebers (either from my Joomla website, built around it or another CMS) being able to upload pictures into the galleries on a 'Pay-per-Upload' system. Paying through a Paypal IPN ideally at the time of upload.

Users being able to vote for each others uploaded images, but voting a maximum of 5 times per Gallery, but not on thier own images.

Also members being able to comment on each others images, automatic resizing on upload, thumbnail creation, ect. All the standard image gallery options.

I have attempted to create this myself through the Joomla CMS and its extensions. It has proved too difficult for someone who knows no coding language!
I worked around the idea of the 'Pay-per-Upload' method, by having the user buy 'Vodes' (a Joomla Extension that allows the user to buy Credits called 'Vodes', through Paypal IPN. Then spending them on things around the website.) then deduct the vodes account by 1 point when the member upload an images to a gallery.
The problem was that I didnt know how to link the 'upload' button to check the vodes account, and deduct the credits on a successful upload.



Alternativly, instead of creating a new gallery program I set requirements for at the start, I could pay someone to literally, hack a Joomla (or any another popular CMS) Image Gallery extension to my requirements.

ie. re-coding a simple 'Vote or No Vote' system, just to literally tally the amount of votes a image has, instead of the standard 5 star average system, but a maximum of 5 votes per gallery, per user.

having the 'upload' button linked to the vodes balance. If the balance is higher than 0, deduct 1 point, if the balance is zero, take to 'Buy Vodes' page.

ect ect.

Either method of completing this breif will be accepted.
Any new methods will also be considered.
