Description

I have social networking site and now I need Image Annotation Script for my users images.

Somthing like this:

Features I need:
* Annotations is showed when mouse hovers image
* Annotations disappear when mouse is moved out of image
* User can add annotations to picture
* User can delete annotations on picture
* User can edit annotations on picture
* User can move and resize annotations using mouse
* All info need to be saved on MySQL database using PHP
* All user image annotations loaded from MySQL
* Guide for me to install this script for my site
