Description

I need a clone of www.NextAdvisor.com made with modifications. I want this website with some of the functionality from www.ca.gov added to it. Up at the top of the ca.gov website I want the menu bar to work like this and not how it is on nextadvisor.com. I also want the box that says “living in CA”, “working in CA”, and “visiting CA” to be added but I want the different tabs to go completely around the box, the contect that I want inside the box would be similar to the nextadvisor.com comparison. So for example I want a tab that says “VOIP Services” and when you put your mouse over that a comparison of the VOIP services appear in the box with the company hyperlink, the rating, and the price for the service.

I need to be able to add a website name, logo, change the background area at the top. I want this overlay to have a blog, articles, general information and other functionality where it would go to a new page. I would also like to be able to add advertising in the future with banners. I am not quite sure how to do this so I will listen too all ideas. I want the website to be able to be modified by myself and easy to change. This will be more for a template and I will have all rights to the design.
