logo design (simple and smart [ZISoft] , unique site design, no templates, offers hosting and web design in different languages, help will be given for translation ...French, Spanish, Italian... Arabic (must be familiar with right to left interface, if not familiar with that please don't bid, it is easy anyway) the default interface is of course in English.
everything you see on fasthosts.co.uk we are going to offer ( we are not their resellers by the way), so it is a great site to get the content from (not stealing any design or text of course) just the services we offer. and on top of what they offer we will be providing professional web design not on the basis of the number of pages as some do, but based on specific clients need, time taken, human and other resources...
some differences between what we are going to do and the usual web hosting and design services,
- no google adword or microsoft.... vouchers, to compensate... great SEO service
- no set templates for sale, only original design to every client
- unlimited bandwidth and web space at a very competitive price (for certain packages of course)
- choice of data centre location between the UK, Canada and the US (other countries soon)
- customer can mix and match whatever he/she wants... for example : Windows server/ PHP / server located in the US / shared hosting / specify space and bandwidth needed..... no strict packages!!!

since the company is offering web design, it is obvious that the site has to be very appealing, creative, and yet not too big to download for users with low bandwidth (no choice in the front page about if you have broadband press here...etc) if browser and speed are automatically detected and forwarded to the right code it would be great, IP -> country -> language detection is preferable

any ideas are welcome as long as the person / company suggesting it has done it before and can prove it, and of course provide the extra cost for it, the more creative within reason the better
some technologies can be very helpful and appealing and fast at the same time (yahoo's AJAX for example)
no huge flash animations
although the site must be tested on all major browsers obviously, any javascript / client side script code must be written with extra care, and thoroughly tested on at least IE, FF, Safari, Chrome in this order of importance (in terms of market share)
no need to worry about what the hosting server has to offer, whatever needed, we will install, upgrade... within reason and feasibility...
