Description

I am looking for a very high quality, very reliable web designer and developer, able to work in Photoshop, Flash, Java, .php, My SQL and other most commonly used applications. With a flair in design skills and good back end knowledge. Must also have excellent communication skills and be very sufficent in the English language. Also must be able to work to good timescales maintaining quality. Must also be able to work on own initaitaive knowing what makes a well built site, without me having to hold your hand through the whole process.

Must have great qualities in most things to do with development.

I have been trying to find a good developer/designer for over a year now, ever since my last freelancer who I was happy with got full time employment and give up freelancing.

I have been unsuccessful, finding many amateurs pretending to be pro's, most not being able to work to instructions at all, and all work has been sub-standard from a Europeans point of view.

It is my intention to have 1 website designed and developed every month, so there is plenty of work on offer for the right person or company.

I am looking for someone who can offer good rates, but I dont want the cheapest as these are usually amateurs, someone with 5-10 years experience would be ideal. I dont want to work with tired people who are half asleep when they are doing mywork please.

The first project will be a tidy up, and fixing errors on a site that an amateur has just built for me, It needs fixing slightly, some optimization for the search engines, the back end admin improved and some slight design changes.

If this work is successful and done within timescale of 1 week and I like your professionalism then the next project will be development of a Thailand property website built in .php , My SQL.

Then as said, many other projects to follow upon satisfaction.

Mst be able to use own initiative and have ideas of there own.

I pay upon completion of work only, and if big projects can pay in phases if required.
