Hi Bidders;



I have a registered Premium SMS number, and have a registered domain name.

This is what I need:

I need a complete custom program that I can run and update each day.
The program will be responsible for receiving sms messages from customers, matching the customers request with an automatic response from the database, then returning the information back to the client via SMS.

I already have an SMS gateway organised, so all i require is a custom program that can be easily integrated with my SMS provider, plus a custom database that will store the information.

The program must be very easy to use, and very easy to update as new information becomes available or new fields need to be added.


As a bonus I also need a very simple website designed and created then applied to my domain name. The website will only be a single page at this store very simple information.

We have a lot of work, and will need a high level of ongoing support. You must be reliable, very strong English and able to be contacted at any time.


The program, database and website need to be created by Wednesday 5 th of November.
