Description

I have a fairly simple (5 fields) online form on a HTM page.
Sample #1... www.raleigh-nc.com/contact-1.htm
Sample #2... www.raleigh-nc.com/contact-2.htm
I need someone to make this into a PHP format (or Javascript)
with required fields, mainly the Email address with the "@".
If not entered correctly, maybe a pop-up saying
"Please Enter A Valid Email Address".

I am not a programmer, this is just a hobby I like.
I am on SS disability with a small limited budget.
