Description

Need a PHP+CSS template based off my HTML design.

PHP page should match the EXACT look of the HTML demo. No need to create any original graphics. Only minor graphics editing required.

Note that a few elements of the HTML page are graphic representations, such as the scrollboxes on the right column and the search/login area in the upper-right. These need to be translated to actual fields.

Some Java may be needed for the right column scrollboxes. The arrows should use a gliding motion on click (example at top link here: http://www.dyn-web.com/dhtml/scroll/).

Already have someone for the backend, just need the template. Speedy delivery would be appreciated.
