Hello,

First of all, don't bid without reading this whole thing. I WILL IGNORE RANDOM BIDS, COPY AND PASTE RESUMES AND PORTFOLIOS. If you are serious, provide the example that I ask for at the end.

The Budget:
Although the budget is 250-750, I don't want to pay more than $500, so please don't bid any higher.

Required Skills:
You have to be an expert in PHP, Javascript, Flash, and AJAX (at least). You also need prior experience and examples of your work in Google Maps API. If you don't have this never mind, this project isn't for you.

The Project:
This a real estate project that is based on Google Maps API. I will not ask for anything impossible, all the functions that I want are ones that are provided by Google and that I have seen on other websites. However, you need to have strong web design skills, because I am a detailed oriented person, and I want everything to be as I request. By the way, this website will be in another language that has a different page layout (right to left) instead of (left to write). I have experience with changing the layout if you can't, and don't worry about the translation, I will do it, just have all the text for me in one file.

The Requirements:
I have a fully detailed requirement file that is ready for you. I have created screen shots of every single page of the project. I worked on several GAF projects before, and I realized that poor requirements is what makes projects fail. I spent a whole month working on the screenshots and the requirements, so expect a professional requirement file with all the details.

The Duration:
Time is the most important thing for me. I need development to be done in 30 days. If you are late, I will apply penalties (I am very serious). If you don't have full-time to dedicate to this project, please move on and don't waste your time or mines.

Penalties schedule:
1 week late = 10% penalty
2 weeks late = 20% penalty
3 weeks late = 30% penalty
and so on. 10 weeks late = I will not pay anything.

Please work on your risk mitigation, I cannot accept excuses, I have wasted so much time and money with beginners, I want someone serious. I am very very serious, and I respect my word. I have many other projects, so if this works well, expect more from my side.

The development - summary:
Basically you will use Google Maps API as the platform. Users can sign up and highlight their house and post it for sale. Buyers can navigate the map to see houses for sale, and use search filters to narrow the results. The rest of the details will be sent after you pass the sample test.

Payment:
I will not release any payment before the project is 100%. If you are 90%, and you can't finish, I will not release any money. You have to finish the whole project, I can't use a 90% done project. I will not release the money until the project is fully tested and working fine on my server. Escrow's will be posted as we progress through the project

1. Create the following sample that will prove to me your ability:
- I want a google maps page (using the API) that shows the map of India.
- The page should allow me to create apartments or houses on the map.
- There should be a drop down that allows me to show (all listings, apartments only, or houses only).
* There is no right way of doing this, and it doesn't need to look good, I just want to make sure you know how to use the Google Maps API. So, the functionality is what is important.

2. Show me examples of your previous Google Maps API work.
