Description

What I need or require:
I need a google map that has the capability to dynamically change content (information) from a key on the map as the user drags the map around.
Please see details below.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
Only the map is needed with icons. The icons needs to be designed.

Important details that providers will need to know:
duplicate the functions of the map: at m a ps sa ss si c (google it) It must have these same capabilities.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
