Description

This is a simple PHP project for someone who knows what they are doing and knows PHP properly.

I need a PHP web programmer to make a web page (which contains a form) for me, which replicates another web page on another site.

It contains lots of Javascript and probably lots of php.

The other site has split this form into many different pages whereas I need it all on one page.

Once the form has been submitted, it will collect payment from my own payment processor (or Paypal) along with all the information and enter it into my MySQL database.

Then I need a backend which will allow administrators to view and manipulate this data as well as submit part of this data to another website at the touch of a button.

The backend will have LOTS of functionality and it has to look sleek and professional. It has to have a nice layout and be very user friendly with sort features and many of the functions you find in software today.

The backend will also have payment processor integration.

The one who can also add graphics to the backend with a header, footer, buttons will most likely get this job. Ajax is preferred.

If you can do this and can do this quickly and at the lowest cost, then this will be a deciding factor.
