Description

Im looking for someone that has made Free Image Hosting Service scripts before, i want resize and crop functions as well.
i want the site complete with simple but nice design, and it must be well seo optimized.
max image size should be 4mb.
i want it installed on my server as well, you will get cpanel and ftp access of course.

please send me pms with examples where i can see where you have done things like this before.

cost should be around 100$. (this can be raised depending on what you can offer)
