Description: This is an very easy project. Enyone who has ever written a simple user management pages can do that. There is nearly no graphics required. The only think I need is a simple system of frames that has configurable content a I can decide who can see what page. Very simple isn't it? Ok The full specification is in the attached file. IF you have questions do not hesitate to ask. I'm also open for reasonable suggestions.
