Description: I have got a form with a javascript to validate info there, but it's working for two fields, username and password.
I need make this script better to check all fields and don't allow blank field, and this will need check the email syntax.

You will work in my script, you don't need make another script, just add this two features to my script.

After form validation, if all the info is right this need process`with a PHP script that you need make.
The PHP script will send the form via email and after it show a page.

I have got the form and javascript, then I need you make some changes in javascript and use a simple PHP script for send the form and show another page after form sent.
