Hi,

i need a flash form calendar script like this:

http://(w)ww.tritone.it/booking_e.htm (write it correct directly in your browser to prevent reffering trace

The form must be in flash and all data inside must change live during the compilation of the form. It must be like that one in the hotel's website.

The back side can be done also in xml (or php and mysql) we decide before start to develop

I need this functions (during the development i will explain better but before to start to work):

Super administrator:

- Insert Hotel owner data Username, password, Hotelcode, commission, email, Ref, total of reservation, commissioni dovute

Hotel owner administrator:

- Room type with min people and picture
- Quantity for each type assigned for all year
- Period and rates for each type
EX: 01/01/2008 - 15/03/2008 Room Type 1 200$ discount 10% > 3 rooms
Room Type 2 150$ discount 0%
Room Type 3 50$ discount 12% > 5

- Special offer
- minimum stay
- Block a room for a certain period with notes
- customization of reservation template
- list of all reservations

Front-end:

- the client have to pick the start and the end of his vacation
- the number of room
- the total of peoples and childs
- Automatically i have to see the roomtype available and the minimum room that i have to book for the total of people.
- If is not available i have to see it
- credit card validation
- notes for the reservation
- email sent to the owner
- template system for the emails and reservation agreement

Of course all data must change live during the compilation of the form. Ex: if i put 2 adult all the prices must be upgraded for all rooms type available.

- Payment 50% in escrow and 50 % before receive the script release of the escrow after all is right.
