Description

We are looking for a developer who is experienced with video streaming media, preferably with flash video. We are currently on a project similar to youtube. The layout is finished, however, the function is not there, that is where the developer comes in.

Ads control:
We need well organized ad control panel where set the ad scripts.

Search Function:
Browse by tags and keyword search.

Upload Image:
Create a gallery to preview images. Uploaded images should be resized to the appropriate size without breaking the height/width ratio.

Upload Video:
Ultimately we desire flv streaming video format once it's live. The video player must be UI friendly with enabled options to expand/contract, volume control, pause, play, etc...

User Upload Video/Images:
Enable user to upload video contents to admin.

Admin Contol:
There will be admin access to over look all contents in the database. admin will be able to add,delete, publish/unpublish and edit all contents.

Please do not bid if you have no previous experience with related or similar project. Don't present project that is incomplete. Bidder be present project time line and will be able to communicate with us on a daily basis. Winner of the project will have to agree to terms of project date completion, daily updates, in-case of failure to deliver project on time.
