Description

Make the following changes and additions to the Brag Flags Designer:
1. Change the preview to place the photo on the first layer, then the template, then the text. The template will be a png file with a transparent area for the photo.
2. Create the default preview using sample text and photo that is different for each template
3. Update the preview photo immediately after uploading a photo.
4. Home page- show template thumbnails with sample photo and text
5. Home page- add 'Click template below to design your own flag'
6. Home page- do not show 'Saved Flags' if no flags are saved
7. Add title attribute to all image commands for FF compatibility

I do not forsee any "hitches", should be done by Monday following Thanksgiving, perhaps sooner.
