Urgent project need it done now !

Need 1 thing Fixed for a site

1. Fix Contact Form and add simple Captcha (i.e "Is fire hot or cold" and similar) to Avoid Spam... plus small text change.

Need to make it so for only sends email if all fields are filled in correctly.
