Description: This task is to create a cool PHP/JScript configuration utility that will allow our customers to easily add and edit the captions for their videos. See that attached ppt. We will be using the very common JW FLV player: http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=JW_FLV_Player. See this page for some examples of how to interact with the player. You will be passed both the File Path (rtmp url/application), the ID (the flv) and the url of the xml file via args on the url (or passed as php session variables). Page will be in PHP but heavily use Jscript to interact with the player.

If no XML file or the file is empty - you are starting from scratch. If the file is there, you'll load the data into the time/caption list box. After every update, you'll rewrite the xml file.

This should be pretty straight forward - need it within a week.

BTW: do not send generic bids with lots of propaganda in them - just give me a feel for how you or your resource is equipped to do this.
