Description

My idea is a small "penny auction" style website similar to Swoopo.com.

( If you aren't familiar with penny auctions this is a simplified description;
1.Users find what they'd like to buy.
2.The user buy bids.
3.When the purchased bids are used that user's name is displayed is being the tentative winner.
4.If the countdown ends with said user's name displayed as the tentative winner they then win the prize.)

Of course any other can use bids at any time to make themselves the tentative winner.

- One of the major differences is that there will be only ONE auction at any given time and it will be on the home page. That auction will be for the same item each time.

- When the auction ends I'd like the area that it previously used to convert to a blog so that I can add important updates as needed.

- Users will be able to to create an account, buy bids, and change their contact info freely from their simple single page control panel. They will be able to use bids on the auction shown on the homepage.

- The site navigation will always be at the top of the page regardless of which page is being viewed and will contain an area that displays how many "bids" are available to the user after they've signed in.

- The auction on the homepage will include a "buy button" that allows the user to use one of their bids. Each time a bid is used it must be deducted in real-time from the total shown at the top of the page in the navigation area. All other effects and changes must happen in real-time without having to reload the page.

- The admin will have sole control over the auction on the homepage and will also be able to make any necessary changes to user accounts.

- The acceptance of payment for all purchased bids will have to go through my PayPal account.

- After a user signs in all info passed to the server must be SSL protected.

- There will be a SSL protected sign-up page, sign-in area and contact form.

- I have completed all of the needed graphic design work in Photoshop CS3 but it needs to be sliced and converted to HTML. The entire site is less than 10 pages in total.

I can understand if my brief description makes little to no sense at the moment but I can assure you that after seeing my Photoshop designs it will be pretty obvious as to what it is that I'm proposing.

****************************************

In summary what I am asking for is;
1.Cutting and slicing of less than 10 Photoshop pages into HTML.
2.Custom coding of all necessary PHP to make everything function as needed.
3.A fully functioning SSL protected back-end for the administrator.
3.Implementation of my "disappearing" blog.
4.All necessary coding to run all transactions through my PayPal account.
5.A page that includes a functioning "Contact Form".
6.Implementaton of my SSL certificate.
7.A handful of simple "javascript-like" effects for things like links and certain images.

***A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BEFORE I CAN TRANSMIT MY PHOTOSHOP CS3 FILES TO YOU. YOU CAN REQUEST IT THROUGH PM.***
