Description

Program should be browser based – web based interface with backend capabilities to configure the following:

* Administrator can create Events
* Events can have any number of Categories to assign Attendees to
* Administrator can limit the number of Attendees assignable per Category
* When Category reaches maximum capacity (determined on the backend by Administrator) Category becomes closed
* Administrator can assign Category Leaders to a Category
* Administrators can activate any number of additional text fields of information per each Category
* Administrator has access to a CSV downloadable summary of the schedule of days and Categories registered for by all attendees
* Administrator has access to a printable, downloadable summary of the schedule of days and Categories registered for by all attendees in the form of a Calendar

On the front end in a browser Attendees (Registrants) can register for the following:

* Attendee must enter all personal contact information via a form
* Attendee can register for any Category in an Event
* Attendee uses a visual Calendar to register for any Category
* Attendee can only register for 1 Category per Calendar Day in an Event
* When Category reaches maximum capacity (determined on the backend by Administrator) Category becomes closed
* Upon completion of registration, Attendee receives an email with a summary of the schedule of days and Categories registered for

Category 1: Face Painting Booth

Category Date Available: Friday, Nov. 1, 1999

Category Limit: 6

Category 1: Face Painting Booth

Category Date Available: Saturday, Nov. 2, 1999

Category Limit: 6

Category 1: Face Painting Booth

Category Date Available: Sunday, Nov. 3, 1999

Category Limit: 3

Category 2: Merchandise Booth

Category Date Available: Friday, Nov. 1, 1999

Category Limit: 20

Category 1: Merchandise Booth

Category Date Available: Saturday, Nov. 2, 1999

Category Limit: 30

Category 1: Merchandise Booth

Category Date Available: Sunday, Nov. 3, 1999

Category Limit: 10

An Event can have any number of Categories (nameable) on any number of Calendar days (available to be viewed by Attendee or Registrant) and be limited to any number of Attendees (by Administrator)

Additional information:

Text Fields should be available for Administrators to activate so the Registrants will be able to see on the screen and print out such as but not limited to:

* Special Instructions
* Name, Address, Phone # of Venue Event is being held at
* Name, Address, Phone # of contact people at Event
* Directions to the Event
