Description:	We need an IT Enterprise Architect to: 1. Build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets and to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment. Linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy 2. Document this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner. The goal is to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting our company's business needs. (Takes the form of a comprehensive set of cohesive models that describe the structure and the functions of an enterprise. Important uses of it are in systematic IT planning and architecting, and in enhanced decision making.) 3. Be able to have system thinking with the ability to see how parts interact with the whole. (The big picture thinking) and develop a detail solution for this responsibilities as the IT Enterprise Architect of our company. (the fundamental organization of a system, embodied in its components, their relationships to each other and the environment, and the principles governing its design and evolution) a. Alignment of IT strategy and planning with company's business goals. b. Optimization of information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities. c. Long-term strategic responsibility for the company's IT systems. d. Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies. e. Work with solution architects to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in sync with ever changing business needs. f. Management of the risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies. g. Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise. h. Build employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise. i. Provide a map of the enterprise, a route planner for business and technology change. 4.
