Description

Designers with pharmacy affiliate web design and marketing experience will only be accepted.

Two requirements:

1. Pharmacy template site to look very close to example site provided. Basic HTML/PHP-based web site with original graphic design and clean look. Should have each page set up to pull prices and product names and links from a javascript file hosted on a seperate domain. The javascript set-up, file, and script all to be created by provider and include all necessary script/backend function necessary to accomplish this. Approx 100 product pages to be built according to list I will provide. Should include logo design (if needed), graphic design, product images and logo's, etc.

2. Pharmacy affiliate program sign-up mini-site. About 10 pages based on an existing web site. Should be designed to convert traffic to sign-ups.

3. 5 page pharmacy affiliate niche site to showcase 1 product. Basic HTML. Based on existing site.

Project will be deemed completed upon approval of all 3 requirements at which time payment will be made through GAF escrow.
