Description:	This project is to enable a Drupal user to record information about an item to a database table. The item can be a web page, an email, a magazine artice, a photo, video, mp3, url etc. For text based items, such as an email, web page or article the user copies and pastes a message (email body for example) into an editing window. The user then highlights up to 12 words that have most significance in the message for him. After highlighting these words, the user then is asked for a name for this text item. After entering the name, the user is presented with the words in a column, and asked to rank them in order of significance. The words are then matched against words in a lookup table. This matching process atrributes a number to each of the chosen words. For non-text based items, the user is invited to enter up to 12 words that describe the item, and then is asked for a name for this text item. For all items, both text and non-text, the outcome is the item being described and stored as a ranked series of numbers, and the words chosen to describe the items being stored as tags. Other information about each item will be stored such as source, name, timestamp, and the user who identified it.
