We need a Upload/sharing/e-Mail sharing application which does exactly the same as [url removed, login to view]
a user can register by choosing a plan, example: free, $5/month, $10/month, $25/month. every plan got different rights, see: [url removed, login to view]
upload should be done with ajax, screenshot example attached.
template system should be build with smarty.
design is not needed, xhtml ouput can be as simple as possible, i am going to build that afterwards.
exact (!) screens how i want things come with the contract, but dropsend is pretty much all i need.
[url removed, login to view] (ByteHoard/e) is an open source script which is an good example also, but they lack in the development.
admin interface must be, as seen on screenshot, easy to handle and i must have the full controll which means i can see how much a person uploaded, how much traffic he wasted etc.
i'm also ok if you give me a price on hourly basis and calculate how long it will take to copy [url removed, login to view] (the online application, not thw windows/mac app).
