Description: I need a website designed and developed on PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript etc. The website will consist of about 5-6 static pages, a database driven feedback page, and apart from that will have a community section (database driven) which will allow users to make 'discussion forum' like posts and for other users to make comments on them. There will have to be a facility for users to be able to search posts based on selection criteria etc.

The website will also have a resources section which will have various (admin definable) categories and there will have to be a admin facility to add items to the resources section.
