Description: I have a process serving / courier business. The services that I provide have a flat rate fee for each of them and then mileage fees on top of that. So, I would like customers to be able to go to my website and fill out a form with information pertaining to the serve/delivery, choose the service that they want, enter the address for where the serve/delivery is and the website calculate the cost and allow them to pay via paypal.
