Description

Web based portal that will display information collected from a MySQL database. This is for an internal demonstration and will require data be created in order to show functionality. We are mostly looking for a graphically attractive display the information. Once an provider is selected we can detail the type of data to include.

Portal must:

1. Act as a gateway to real time information from disparate sources. Initial portal is for demo purposes and will only access mock data from database.

2. Include graphic objects that will link to display information from an integrated data source. Initial application will be for initial data source but system must support future external data sources.

3. Provide role based dashboards that allow users to drill down to specific data elements.

4. Ability for users to log in and only access their information.

5. Support in-house and offsite logins.

6. Must be graphically attractive.

7. Software should be brandable (I want to put our own name on it)

8. Would like the software to have a user-interface to create new or update charts quickly for end users

9. Must be able to update in the future

10. Fast and easy to implement



Charts Types:


1) US Maps

2) AJAX charting (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)

3) Pie, Line, Bar, SPC, Pareto, etc

4) Ability to include interactive financial statements

5) Must be able to report data in interactive table format (for financials, factory reports (CEO reports, etc)

6) Able to drill down multiple levels and change multiple charts by selecting specific data points (either the chart being clicked or other charts on the same page.

7) Would like some flexibility on the ability to put in custom graphics (our logo, our dials, charts, pictures, etc)

10) Must be able to select time period and by factory

Functionality of Software:

1) Must be able to have option to print out data in chart or numerical form

2) Must be able to save in PDF or copy and paste/export to email, Excel, etc

3) Must be able to slice and dice data based with pull down menu options (all Factories, one factories, by product, etc)

4) Must be security levels within software (hiding some of the data and chart options from some of the users).
