282 - Custom Wordpress Import Script (.txt files to Wordpress)

I need a custom Wordpress script created that will allow me to upload .txt files containing multiple articles/posts. This should be a fairly simple script. There are specific requirments regarding the upload which must be addressed, but that along with other details will be discussed via PMB.

Considerations:
* Bad Feedback = Don't bother bidding
* No pre-payment EVER.
* GAF escrow only with full payment upon completion of the project to my satisfaction.
