Requirement: Must have experience with Smarty (or Dzoic script), PHP, Javascript.

I am looking for an interactive slideshow solution for posting event
flyers on my website. Please provide a quote.

Basically, this is what I would like to do.

Create a slideshows for my website (in the middle section of the homepage). These are the things I want with the slideshow solution to have.

Slideshow should be able to autostart playing or preload images.
Be able to assign different sound or music to each slide.
If the user clicks on any of the slide, it can go to a URL that is included in the slide.
Nice transitions and effects for each slide.
Provide option to upload and remove or delete images.
I should be able to setup slideshow from a backend.

Should have navigation that will allow the user to:
Do next, previous, pause, expand any slide to a bigger size, and mute the sound.

I used two software packages to create something close to what I am looking for, but it is still missing some of the necessary features or function.
