Description:	We have 2 WMV that need to be downsized and compressed - they are screen grabs so they need to retain detail. Video range in size, but will all be reduced to 570 pixels wide. Thye need to be saved as Flash FLV files so we can stream them from a web page. We also need a SWF file built with a playback controller. Finally we want a web page (php) that will look at the list of FLV files in a folder and generate a pull down menu so users can select the files to view. When the user selects the file, the correct video will load into the player and begin playing. We have built a prototype successfully at: http://www.khronos.org/collada/presentations/flash The missing piece from our prototype is the Playback controls on the video. So we need the SWF template with playback controls and the appropriate scripts that can receive the javascript calls. The template you build we should be able to re-use for other projects. For someone familiar with Flash, this should be a very very simple project. Want someone to start asap.
