Description: It's been a dream project of mine.

In exchange for 20% ownership plus whatever fee I pay you (best quality bid gets the job), I'm asking you to build me a relatively simple website that doesn't have to be INCREDIBLY graphically pleasing.

Requirements:
*look like most typical Web 2.0 websites
*create a "sign up" feature
*link the database to each account where users can constantly log in & build emails or messages to their friends which aren't sent
*eventually, the emails will be sent later

There are other sites like it already out there, but I ask for a few more features and just a better job done. One example is: http://mylastemail.com/
