Description

I need my Joomla based play-powerball.com site converted to a valid xhtml/php/css site. Website should look and operate exactly the same as it does now. All existing functionality should remain after the conversion.

Clarification: I want the Joomla CMS to go away entirely. I do not need a replacement, custom CMS. I'll make changes to the mySQL db manually. The site is mainly static. There was no real benefit to having it created within the Joomla platform. It was that way when I purchased it.
