Description: Community website.
I need to code: users pages, forums, publications, adv board, account operations panel, conntact panel and cms for admin.
I have all graphics needed. All I need is code.
DETAILS:
1.User pages - user perform logging into site and get his main page with 'what he want' content, he also gets his own panel for account managging: profile edition, contact search and send
2.Forum - as usually
3.Publications - all users could write any article and after moderator accept it the article could be publish for others users of portal. We need editor for writing publications and panel for managing it, also we need position in admin panel for managing and moderating publications
4. Adv board - a board onto which users can add its own advertisements, so we need panel and editor
5. CMS for admin - everybody knows
6. Web advertisements managing and billing system - admin need to target adv and bill it.
