Description: Comment/Report on Quiz Application

I need a GOOD PHP programmer that analysis my quiz application and write a report and comment on the codes so any other programmer able to edit it easily. Also rearrange or fix the codes if it is necessary to clear up so any programmer can understand it and add/edit/update this quiz application.

There are two parts. Admin section and the website.
