Description

I require clone of site: http://www.pict.com. Please review the site thoroughly.

Require everything as it is there in the site with same AJAX and upload functionality. The additional feature require would be:

- Members area
- Commenting on photos
- Members can upload private photos not available to rest of the people
- Points system - Each image gets a point for each view. Members get paid after their image reaches certain points which can be defined in the admin panel
- Integration of paypal in the backend for payments

The coder must be able to accept few changes in the middle of the project. This is the first phase. The site will be undergoing upgradations throughout. So, would prefer someone who can work on this on a regular basis.

The budget will also be given preference, so make sure you bid the right amount.
