All functionality of the backend Admin MUST be available. In addition I would like the following functionality added:

Property Availability calendar

This would list the availability of the property and could be updated by the agent:

Property Comparison

A search of properties would return results, individual properties could then be selected [tick box]. A comparision of the properties then could be performed , displaying in column format, allowing easy comparison of features i.e spa, swimming pool, patio etc..

I also require the back end / agent login / admin cleaned up - a more intuitive navigation design! Simplistic, functional.

I'll provide the branding / logo's and the http://www.the-best-real-estate.com script.
