Description

I am trying to get a clan website made, I have created the design and layout I just need someone to convert it to CSS/HTML with phpBB3 forum (i already have the skin so just implement it) and CMS with Joombla.

I hired a developer to build this website but he is unable to finish it. This is what he created so you could use this as an idea for what I want. I asked for a Joombla CMS with CSS/HTML

I am starting my own Graphic Design company and would like a person to be my CMS guru so I could do alot more websites, so there is going to be a lot of work for the winner.

Deadline - 31st October.
