Description: Custom script maker and modification for Cre Loaded store.

1. Send news/announcement via admin to customer account and customer receive a notice and ask to login to see the news/announcement.

2. second password in order confirmation. It was done but want to modify only for wholesale account. This will be a change in account creation and checkout.
