Description:	I currently have a static website that is 100% CSS in design. All content is styled with a style sheet. I would like to integrate a content management system (CMS). The website consists of the following 5 main sections: 1. Index This page contains a basic introduction to the website. 2. About This page contains an introduction to the owner of the website. 3. News This sections displays news items. (Sorted in date order) 4. Gallery This section contains various galleries. 5. Contact This section contains contact information. Note: All the above 5 sections contain a “News box” that displays the 4 most recent news items. (Item date and short introduction title) The pages also contain a JavaScript news “ticker”. This news ticker also shows the 4 most recent news headlines which are hyperlinked to the respective items. In the CMS, the admin user must be able to do the following: Index page: Edit/Delete information. About page: Edit/Delete information. News page: Edit/Delete news items. The admin user must be able to create news items that will be shown on the website on the date specified – as the date that the news items are created might differ from the date that they are published on the website. All the news items must be styled with the existing CSS style sheet. Gallery page: Edit/Delete galleries as they are currently displayed on the website. Images that are uploaded by the admin user must be resized on the server side to conform to the following sizes: Thumbnail size: 120x170px Full size: 480x640px Contact page: Edit/Delete information. Please note: The CMS must not change or alter the look or feel of the current design. No frames must be used. Payment will be placed into escrow account and will not be released until the project is 100% complete. This includes any testing period. Please note that your bid must include the cost of total integration. This includes any changes/modifications to existing files and/or file structures.
