Ok here is the concept:
A banner ad network that will pay
%80 of all income back to promoters.(10,000 Promoters Max)
10,000 total Promoter accounts with banner code.
Unlimited advrtiser accounts
Pay out (paypal.com) 1st of every month.
%80 to members
%20 to admin
$25/mo unlimited banner impressions/clicks

Here is what I want it to do.
Promoters or adverisers sign up
for an account for FREE.
Promoters account: (10,000 Promoters Max)FREE
Adverisers account: (unlimited Advertisers) $25/mo
They must have seperate accounts: If a promoter
wants to put there banner in the system they
Must sign up for a advertiser account and pay the $25/mo fee

Url where the code will be on there site:(for Promoter account only)
(some way this can be tested to always make sure this code is
on there site and at any time this code is removed there account is in suspended mode)
Category:(Read below) promoter account gets the
(shown on your site)box.
And the advertiser gets the (shown on other sites)box.
I want 2 boxes with the same categories in
them with check boxes beside each one.
one box is for categories shown on your site
one box is for categories to be show in on other sites.

**Promter account--
login for promoter
has full stats:
amount of banners shown
amount of clicks they have given
amount of money due to them on next payout
amout of total money earned.

**Advertiser account--
Login for advertiser
amount of banners shown (to date,month,day)
amount if clicks (to date,month,day)
Add new banner(they can add unlimited banners,
but they will need to pay $25/mo each.

and under the banner i want a

to be gray and say (your banner on 10,000 sites for $25/mo)
If they click on the banner they will go to the
Advertiser site, and if they click on the gray box they will go to my site.
