Description: I am looking for someone to create a “template” website.

Despite the long description, this project should not take more than 3-4 hours to complete. Please state in your bid how many work hours you feel are involved and when you can have this project completed.

I simply need three completed and working elements, namely: css driven graphical menu and top graphic, Blog, and Photo album. It doesn’t need to look good so long as it works. I will do clean up and graphics. You may use available code but you must integrate all elements on one website.

Key points on design:
- background is white as per example;
- the home page is centered and should fit in a 800x600 pixel area (see web-template graphic 1.jpg);
- the top graphic is about 800x140 pixels (see topgraphic.png – code must be compatible with png format);
- the menu is on the bottom of each page. The menu buttons should display hover and depressed effects as well as support sub-menus that slide up (see web-template graphic 2.jpg). Note, if you require individual graphics buttons, please ask for them. See button menu graphic (buttonmenu.png);
- sub-menus function similar to what is seen in web-template graphic 2.jpg. It does not need to look the same, but each menu must have the same editable sub-menus (editable for more than 3 sub-menus or no sub-menus);
- all pages should maintain top graphic and lower graphical menu (contained within CSS or similar so that future changes
are easier).
- all code, including both the Blog and Photo Album can be derived from any source BUT MUST NOT (IMPORTANT) depend upon any external code or existing website and you must declare your source code (where did you get it). I am not asking for custom code, however, I will likely post on GAF for future customizations;
- Blog – similar to just about any Blog such as http://sethgodin.typepad.com/. Again, must be a self-contained Blog not requiring any external website using preferably Open-source code, allow text, pictures, and links in Blog. Alowing one
admin login and anonymous comments (comments should not appear until admin "Approves them";
- Photo Album – must allow between 0-60 characters of description text per photo, must be php based with easy (via Admin
login) uploading of photos.

You need to provide:
- host sample working project on your server;
- the sample working code and instructions on integration into my existing code (and MySQL setup info - if required);
- Everything must be completed within 48 hours but that should not be difficult considering that I am not asking for custom code.

Payment:
You will Once it is working on your site, I will pay you ½ immediately and the remainder when I have the code working on my website.

If you work fast, you can have your well-earned money and a 10 point feedback as early as Thursday!

Thank you,
Doug

P.S. Sample graphics are uploaded.
