Description: Create an image based website using html templates and CSS for main section index pages then PHP to generate individual pages and content. Index page will contain swf to be supplied by us. Main content will be in the form: index pages with thumbnails which link to individual full size image pages
and relevant captions from .txt file

Image and caption selection will be based on fixed file naming convention
i.e. filenameyy_nnn.jpg and filenameyy_nnn.txt yy denoting year of creation i.e. 96 - 08
