Description:	I am looking for a programmer that has experience in ajax and php, I will give as much information as I can regarding this projact so you have an idea of what is needed. !!! IMPORTANT !!! ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CAN MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDLINES 1, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CHAT VIA MSN WHILE WORKING ON THIS (faster than emails) 2, YOU MUST PROVIDE A LINK(S) TO AJAX WORK YOU HAVE DONE (this can inlcude a simple sample script you have made as long as its ajax) 3, YOU MUST BE GOOD AT READING AND WRITING IN ENGLISH The Project Details I have a script on my site that somtimes taKes to long to load (processing files in the background) and becuase of this it times out on certain files, I need the page to be kept alive until the background processing is finished and can be displayed on the screen so will need some kind of ajax loading screen. the script will need ajax on 2 sections of the script but the ajax from the first will most likely also work on the second part of the script, ok I will now go into detail as what happens in the script and what I need. step 1 - I upload a file (example.mp3) to the site, when upload is finished the upload script forwards the upload information to a file called loadfile.php step 2 - loadfile.php checks the mimetype of the uploaded file and if it is the correct type it will then start to convert the mp3 (or other audio file) into a wav and/or mp3 step 3 - when the background processing is finished the user is directed to another page with a flash editor, the user selects part of the audio and clicks create. step 4 - when the create button is pressed the script sends the user to the final page where they can download the final mp3 file. ok I need the ajax loading screen on step 2 and on step 4 becuase those are the areas where it either times out or page loading takes ages (becuase of background processing) the problem with step 2 is with large files (4 - 5 meg files) becuase the script can take upto 60 seconds to process the files in the background and as such the page times out, I need to have the page remain active until the background processing is finished. step 4 is very easy as that normaly only takes a few seconds to finish but would preffer a simple ajax loading while it is working. ok I have supplied as much information as I can think of but no doubt there will be questions when you work on the project hence the need for msn !!! YOU MUST HAVE MSN !!! even though I have writen a lot about the project it is no doubt a simple job for a good ajax/php programmer so please do not be stupid on your bidding, this is AT MOST 2 hours work so any stupid bids will be ignored. to finish please remember that you MUST have msn, you must have good english skills and you must provide a link to some ajax work you have done, as mentioned above even an ajax example will be fine but you must prove you have done ajax before. I will pay $30 for the work as I have said this should take you no more than an hour maybe 2 hours, you may already have code to use on this project so it may take you a lot less. regards wayne
