Description: Correction and additions to existing non-profit website.

-Fix up pages so that they all appear with header graphic and footer menu;
- Add a fade out (or similar effect) to index.html in about 4 seconds and be clickable to index.php;
- correct contactus.php (php based email form – forms need alignment);
- Menu changes (new graphics – correct so that menu appears centered on every page);
- Wordpress Blog add-on (cryptographp – for captcha) does not function;
- add scroll window to the aboutus.html page.

Fixes from prior project
- Ensure menu functions in both Firefox and Internet Explorer (6 and 7);
- Plogger photo album is not working.
