Description

I would like to find someone to add and get this code working on my wordpress blog:

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/staticmenu.htm

so that I can create a floating menu in the bottom left of my blog similar to this site:

http://www.ianfernando.com/

I will need a record of what changes have been made to my WP files so that I can implement the addition on my other site myself, which uses the same theme, and so that I can add the code to my theme which I share with other people.
