Description

I need a website made, basically it would be music CMS (similar to emusic), with ability to scrape off material off other websites, also being able to add content manually, + other unmentioned features, this is going to be an ongoing project, well after it' launched, and I would be paying based on levels completed and not all at once, also please note I don't like to deal with amateurs so unless you're really professional don't even bid..
