Need to modify bbpress forum ( view http://bbpress.org/ )
bbpress is opensource created by wordpress

Need dedicated page where members post a blog entry.
( member uploads text, main image, and thumb image.)
Member must register or login first.
After posting, post is held for admin approval.
( The plugin for this is here: http://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/bb-moderation-hold/ )
After admin approval, post appears in forum to be rated.
( The plugin for this is here: http://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/bb-ratings/#post-17 )
Need rating by members to end after 7 days.
Need dedicated area to display thumbs in 5 rows, 4 columns, 20 per page.
Clicking on a thumb opens blog entry. Can be rated or commented.
Clicking to rate a blog should then open the next unscored blog.
Admin needs to view summary of scores.

Forum needs to show thumbs per entry. ie:
Default user Thumb for regular member posts.
Special Thumb for picture-for-rating.
