Description

I need a clone of metacafe.com created with some modificiations. I don't want the "Studio" page and would like an extra page to hold archives of audio files that were recorded by users. Users will be able to record files and to make other users aware of specific audio files of their choosing through a function which will mail the user the audio file chosen. I will explain this in more detail to the winning bidder.

The revenue sharing feature that metacafe has is a must. I need that to be included in my site. metacafe has it where users can be paid $100 for over 20,000 views and $10,000 for over 2 million views so long as the video is a 3 star rating. I need to be able to adjust the rate at which people get paid when ever I choose. So this admin control feature must be included.

The video load time must be equivalant to that of metacafe and I must be able to put my logo on each video like metacafe.

The designer must be able to organize the site and make it look nice with ads from Google Adsense where its appropriate.

We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone that we can consult with to make changes, upgrade and help with maintenance.

Again I want everything to look exactly like metacafe with ALL the features except the following:

1. I don't want the Studio page
2. I want the page for audio files (I will tell in more detail)
